Experience: 12-15 years

Role:

  • Plan sales strategy & approach for customer grid from focus industry sectors and new segments
  • Ensuring fulfilment of order booking for designated region
  • Market range of heat exchangers & heat exchanger based systems
  • Build & guide sales team for enquiry generation
  • Cultivate business relationship with key customers in the region
  • Coordinate with design team, handle technical & commercial negotiations to finalize orders
  • Plan, present, participate at seminars, conferences, exhibitions to enhance business
  • Travelling extensively pan India for team handling and KAM, CRM is essential

Profile:

  • Experience of selling heat exchangers/ pressure vessels, similar products to process industry and/ or Exp. In understanding of process and operations of process plants such as pharma/ chemical/ fertilizer/ oil & fats, or similar sectors.
  • Readiness to travel extensively pan India as per business requirements
  • Experience of building & managing sales & proposals teams
  • Understanding of techno commercial aspects of thermal design, costing of heat exchangers/ pressure vessels/ skid bases systems and similar equipment will be preferred
