Fruit pulp normally has high fibre and sugar content and also contains considerable plant cellular material as compared to juice.  The temperature required for pasteurization isbelow 100°C for any required application.

In food processing technology HRS ECOFLUX* based pre-heaters and pasteurizers heat the product to the desired temperature and hold it for the appropriate time for the inactivation of micro-organisms. The preheating or HTST pasteurization system can be integrated with evaporators, sterilizers and fillers as per customer requirements.

Accurate automation in these systems minimizes the intervention of operators thereby reducing errors.

Additionally, HRS also provides a food processing machine for chilling or freezing pulp as required for frozen pulp filling and storage.
