Single Head Aseptic Filler
The Single Head Aseptic Filler is designed for the filling of 200 litres bags in drums. With opportune accessories it is capable of filling 3 to 25 litres sterile bags. It is available in two versions with 1" or 2" (2" neck for products containing pieces). It is very versatile filler suitable both for Liquid and Liquid with dices. Technical Description Stainless steel filling head and parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 316L. CIP circuit, sterilization circuit and product circuit in stainless steel AISI 316L. Steam treatment and distribution group. Weighing Balance. Magnetic Flow meter to monitor product flow. System for the suction of residues from the filling head. Conveyor for 200 litres bag in Drum. Control panel containing the PLC control and running system, HMI, electric, electronic and electro pneumatic components for the automation of the machine. Operator platform. Diagnostic printer. Filling Speed is Up to 3000 Litres/hour depending upon the viscosity of product and sterilizer capacity. Filing Range is from 5 to 200 and 1000 litires Power requirements: 380/400V, 50/60 HZ Air (dry/oil free): 8 Bar. Steam (food grade): 7 Bar.

The Double Head Aseptic Filler is designed for the filling of 5 to 200 and 1000 litres bags, for palletizable containers. It is available in two versions with 1" or 2" (2" neck for products containing pieces). It is very versatile filler suitable both for Liquid and Liquid with dices.
